On this CD you can listen to 2 flute players, the bamboo tube is inserted inside the left part of the mouth, each man has a different sized flute, the larger one is called bei ma, the smaller one bei boo, their playing goes along with a singer, man or woman. Tracks 1 to 3 were recorded in Sapa on a sunday when those women come to sell some embroderies, from their hometown in La chau district. Other tracks were recorded in ban Pape, outside of Binlu.
