Résumé: The highest-ranking healer (sapori) Yoresiyawe blows the sniffing drug yopo into the nostrils of two men. Then he takes the drug himself and achieves trance. With the help of other healers he instructs first a man who is already healer, and later another one who is not yet initiated. Chanting and dancing the healers carry the spirits and insert them with much pantomimic gesture into the bodies of their pupils. The healers verbalize their experience and visions and engage on dialogues with others.
